USA not maintaining manned space competence-- note to Cruz
Please read nasaproblems.com, we need a STS , a shuttle equivalent. It is a matter of national security. Cots inadequate. The years are passing & the USA is not maintaining space competence--- expand x37 to replace shuttle.
No manned cots for 5 more years, assuming no accidents in manned rating process.
The shuttle equivalent can place moon modules or Mars modules in orbit-- re The Case to Save the Shuttle on nova.
