Look at the way we are funding the cots capsule approach, an inferior approach to shuttle like x37C or Dream Chaser ( SNC). At this rate , after considering the accidents, asap hearings, & corrective actions, iterations, perhaps ten more years before we have a manned capability!!! If even then!
