Consider the following
1. Congress & adm destroyed the uniquely capable shuttle -- a multi billion effort
2. They will not fund commercial adequately
3. They will not consider Boeing X37C proposal keeping us going to inferior capsules
4. Dependent on R180 Russian engine for national security launches
Commercial will not be manned for 5 to 10 more years contingent on funding.
Leaves the USA with no manned launch capabilities!
The ultimate responsibility for this is Congress. Better get this fixed or national security will be a disaster.
